Pedro was very upfront and honest with me and very efficient. He’s a people person, very nice. I’m always uncomfortable with these types of services because you never know when somebody is trying to just get over on you. I didn’t feel this way with him. I’ve been going through a lot and just having to call someone to fix my washing machine was stressful. But he did make it less stressful so I can appreciate that. Thank you very much Pedro!

While it took 4 visits from serviceman, the icemaker repair was successful. All the service people were very good and professional. However, you may want to review your full diagnostic ladder because the problem actually had to fix 2 defects

Freezer was not working properly, George determined it was the compressor. He ordered the parts, scheduled a follow up visit, came and installed the parts. I purchased the extended warranty on all my GE appliances, money well spent. The service was FREE!!

The end result was great. Took weeks for part to come. Then initial tech could not fix issue but tech who visited today was awesome
