Absolutely a pleasure to work with! He went to work as soon as he walked into the house! When he went outside to look at the unit, he knew exactly what was needed and replaced and it was running great! We just knew we were going have to replace the unit! The conditioner is fairly old, and we’re even surprised it didn’t need a part no longer being made! So, we were greatly pleased with the technician, his quick decision, and his prompt and courteous attention to the problem and his knowledgeable on what was needed and done!
