Mike was great. He analyzed the issue with my refrigerator and gave me a couple options. I appreciated his honesty about the age of my fridge and what to expect going forward. He cleaned the coils and told me of the importance of keeping the unit a few inches away from the wall so the compressor doesn’t overheat.
