He had been working with clients all day and still had a good attitude; explained things and showed me the part that was broken that he was replacing. Enjoyed having him in our home.

The technician that came out on 11/17/23 was amazing. He called before he came out. He came out very early. Explained what he was doing and what the parts were for. Even gave tips on using my oven.
