Matt, the REPAIRMAN was NICE and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Matt called ‘n gave me 30-min notice he was arriving and showed-up within the scheduled window. HOWEVER, BE WARNED the online experience; and Artificial Intelligence (AI) was definitely ARTIFICIAL and the APP was a horrific experience! ⭐️☄️ There is NO OPTION to OPT OUT of AI and speak with a HUMAN for a REAL EXPERIENCE for ASSISTANCE. I waited 4-hours and NO SHOW ! 😡 SEARS, do better!

Came in. Troubleshooted the problem. Replaced water solenoid to ice maker. Made sure water filled ice maker. Finished in about 45 minutes
