Donald is an outstanding technician. He is courteous and professional in his customer interactions. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled. He is efficient in his work. A previous technician did a partial job that left the washer being progressively too noisy over a couple weeks. Donald rectified the problem.

Pedro was timely in his arrival. However, when he arrived the first time to inspect my dryer, he had a muffler over his mouth while he spoke which made it difficult to understand him. Also, we provided the model and serial numbers to our dryer as requested for the parts, but the technician had to order the parts after his inspection which took another week. However , in the end, the dryer was fixed rather quickly after the technician arrived. The parts had arrived at my house prior to the technician's arrival for the repair. Yes, I'd call upon them again.

Icemaker repair. Friendly service but overpriced part. Once I found the part number, I learned I was being charged double the price I would pay had I purchased on my own. Had to reschedule appointment because they were arriving 1.5 hrs later than outside arrival time and I only found this out because I called.

He refuted the other technician's assessment from Wiliiams Confort Air. It is so hard to know who is telling the truth. We are still experiencing some issues with furnace. We will have it cleaned. But it is 24 yrars old.

Work was done. Cost for 15 minutes of work was way to expensive. 400.00 plus. Costs of parts were escalated as well. Thankful the washer lock works now. We were offered the maintenance option to save a hundred dollars or so. Called around and the stated cost was different, or much less. 40.00 dollars part increased to over 100.00 and la or cost not brokered down. Repair guys were nice. Economics overcharge. Way of the world. 😔
