Communication with person waiting needs to be much better. We had our air-conditioner worked on and had to be put of our house for over 8 days. The first time we received was from 8-9 am. I was waiting in a hot house and they said updated time 11:40am so I remained in the home. Then the time changed to 12:03, but it was 2:30 pm by the time repairs happened which seemed like 15 -20 minutes He only checked one vent, but the others were not putting out the same as the one he checked. Maybe a more thorough check would have been helpful. He was very courteous and expressed he had a hard time getting in touch with Sears himself. Your automated number is definitely a pain.

The schedule was way off the planned arrival time and the technician claimed he might not have proper equipment to make the repair. It was repaired fairly quickly. I don't blame anyone for mistakes or expect them to be perfect but when they tell me they might not have equipment for a repair what rating would you give especially after they show up four hours late.

He went right to work after asking about the problem. The Part had already come to my house, so he installed it, checked it and was on his way. Nice, friendly guy.

Otis the repair man is 5 stars. Sears appliance repair is best case a 3. Can not believe schedules. You get text saying one thing emails saying something different. In total I had 6 appointments between what Otis and Sears said. Otis is awesome and did a fantastic job. Hard to plan work-life around a repair when you don't know if you can count on Sears.

It took too long three technicians I came out with three different diagnosis been done with this problem since September 22nd I feel your technicians need more training and more customer satisfaction
