He was terribly rude on his first visit! I actually left a message that he should NEVER be sent to my house ever again!

Technician Paul D just disappeared! Lyden said he needed to get something out of his Van. It never came back period. Complete scam had me sign a document, but would refuse to let me read it. Basically, said it was just a the service agreement. However, I told him he had to get approval from my warranty company first and provide a diagnostic evaluation before i'm getting approval to start any repairs. He refused to talk to them, lied and said he was going to his Van and would be right back and he drove off! I am not paying for this technician nor his unprofessional behavior!

Tech did the job, the dryer worked for 13 days, and I make an appointment but can’t get any one to come back out to look at it again.

The technician was nice and I give him 4 stars. My housing was dripping however. jI have a cup and will see if that will stop. am not sure why Sears is not what it use to be, but the technician was kind and I am not giving the technician a bad review but SEARS OVERALL. Horrible company now. 1-2 star company.

My dryer is still not working. A new motor and fan was installed. I believe it was misdiagnosed by the other worker not Mr. Donald. Please get him to come back out and fix this issue.

The technician never came. The service was canceled by sears.

Very disappointed with the service. The technician has visited 2–3 times already and keeps ordering new parts on each visit, but the issue still has not been fixed. The problem appears to be a simple fix, but we feel like he may not fully understand the root cause or how to resolve it properly. We have already spent a lot of time on this and would really appreciate getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Technician himself was nice enough. Thats where the one star comes from. The rest of the experience was terrible. Number one, not being able to reach a human by phone is crazy. Number 2 the parts mark up is insane.. OEM parts being marked up over 100% is wild, especially when they still make the part. My biggest irritation of this entire situation, there is no labor break down?! No labor hours? No cost per hour, just a button on the technician phone for "minor repair". Being so fed up with the lack of knowledge of how buisness works, I denied the work and looked up the youtube videos for the parts the tech mentioned. I saved myself over $600 in "minor repair" labor. The job took me 30 minutes and no extra tools then what I had in my garage. While the technician was correct about the cause of my issues, he did lie, saying he tested voltage at the condenser fan and it had 13 volts. He did not, the fan, wires, pigtail, all frozen in the ice caused by the fan failure. This buisness only cares about maximizing profits and praying on those who dont know any better, hence the $129 diagnostic to make you feel locked into the repair. As well as the automated, copy and paste response they will make to this review, "please contact us to get this resolved"

Still not working after 2 repairs and 4 days…
