The most unprofessional people I’ve had to reschedule 3 times cause the guy never showed up and when I called him he told me he wasn’t even at the 1st customers house yet I paid 398 just for the people ti come out and look at it and for the drain pump I will be getting my money back 👍🏻

7 weeks later after four technician appointments, my washing machine still doesn't work. Due to a warranty, he said I'm now getting a new one but couldn't tell me when. Their website sucks and their is no way to speak with anyone about e.

5 appointments- 1 excellent job diagnosing parts need, 1 showed without the right tools, 1 no show, I refused to wear booties, 1 didn’t install the part correctly. If I could give zero stars I would for the last guy.

This is the worse service I have experienced! There was absolutely no live person period! Programs can only answer what they are programmed to answer. I was get conflicting messages from their AI system. Canceling and rescheduling. The tech came Thursday and diagnosed problem ordered the part to my house and scheduled appointment for Monday. The part came the next day. I received email saying your appointment has been rescheduled because the part did not come. No one contacted me to see if the part had came. After getting the appointment changed to Tuesday I received emails 2 days in a a roll canceling each appointment. After contacting my homeowner insurance they contacted Sears. They don’t have any live person contact either. Sears came Friday put in the compressor and said takes 24 hours to cool. Nothing cooled. Took the following Wednesday to come back and said same thing 24 hours . It never cooled. Tech claim Samsang had to guide through steps to reset. 24 hours again. Still not working. Sears came Saturday 1/31 and said the refrigerator need to be replaced. I have been going through this since 1/8/26.

Absolutely horrible! The appointment was cancelled twice! When the technician did finally arrive, he made it clear he wasn't fond of working on the brand of washer (Electrolux). This type of statement should never be said to a customer. When he proceeded, he indicated there wasn't a problem with the washer. I insisted he check again! He finally diagnosed the problem was with the valve...something I knew because of the code provided by the washer (E-11). The subsequent charges were outrageous. I cancelled the service. I had to "eat" the diagnostic fee, but I still have yet to receive the fund of nearly $500. Let's not forget the nightmare of trying to reach a live person when trying to inquire about the refund timng. To share this experience would take quite a bit of writing. What I will say is Sears expects your payment and your account is charged immediately. Please don't expect the same in return. My credit will take yet another 14 days because the first customer service person didn't indicata a refund is due. Long story short, my refund will take nearly a month! You're better of researching a local handyperson versus using Sears. I would not recommend them and I certainly will never consider using them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and asked for Sears Appliance Repair to come out and look at my washer to get an estimate for repairs. They said it would be $129 for them to come out and do the estimate. I needed the estimate to submit for the warranty. The service person said it would be over $700 to repair but would not print out an estimate for my wife. He said it would not be worth doing the repair. My wife explained that we needed the estimate to submit. He would not provide one. I called the company after and requested the estimate be sent via email. They said the repair was declined which was not true and said estimate was deleate. I called back several times to get it resolved they would not give me the estimate or my money back. I would not recommend using them.

My technician was nice enough, but he didn't fix the issue, didn't answer my follow-up phone call or answer my follow-up text. My furnace still isn't working and the AI system tells me nobody can visit my house for OVER TWO WEEKS. There are no "live representatives" available AT ALL. What a horrible business model and company. Stay away.

The service man has came out 3 times and I still have the same problem! My stove needs to be replaced! I have company coming over from other states and can’t cook🙁🙁

Rep was at my house for 10 mins, didn’t bring in any tools. He told my wife he couldn’t do anything and that we needed a new oven. Bought a new oven and it didn’t work. The plug was out, which I figured out on my own. Great service!
