John B. was quick, precise and courteous. He was very quiet while working and very helpful answering questions. He even demonstrated that the coils heated and did not flare before leaving. It was a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience with David. He was very patient in working around my schedule, he was very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine very quickly. He offered some advice and tips on how to proceed with working with my warranty company, and what I could expect next. I very highly recommend David!
