Ethan is great, laid back and very nice. He estimated the cost to fix my older fridge. I decided, due to age, it wasn't worth fixing. I will call Sears whenever I have any appliance issues.

The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He was scheduled for a Wednesday. Wednesday we got a notice that he couldn’t make it and was rescheduled for Monday. He did make it promptly on Monday. He installed the parts as required. The washing machine lives!!!
