Came out quickly, professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the cost of the repair wasn’t worth it for an older Samsung refrigerator with the other known issues (ice maker, etc) but the technician gave advice on brands to avoid (aka frequent repairs) as well as brands they don’t see very often.

Technician was a professional in his work, diagnosed the issue ordered the parts and fixed it. Wish scheduling was faster but no complaints on the outcome.

Ethan is great, laid back and very nice. He estimated the cost to fix my older fridge. I decided, due to age, it wasn't worth fixing. I will call Sears whenever I have any appliance issues.

The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He had a scheduled day to come out, but it was rescheduled as he reported no one was home. We were in fact home that day. It was rescheduled to a Thursday. He did make it on Thursday. He installed the parts as required. Our ice maker works again. I wish they had a more definitive time to show up other than 8AM to 5PM
