The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He had a scheduled day to come out, but it was rescheduled as he reported no one was home. We were in fact home that day. It was rescheduled to a Thursday. He did make it on Thursday. He installed the parts as required. Our ice maker works again. I wish they had a more definitive time to show up other than 8AM to 5PM
