The repair man Mike was great but the service call overall was worthless. I had already uploaded the model number and serial number just for them to come out and say parts are no longer available. That could have been determined without a service call.

This review is based on appointment scheduling and customer service experience, not quality of service received because unfortunately no service was received. I, to my knowledge, scheduled an appointment using their AI system. That was easy enough. Come the day of my appointment, it is nearing the end of the scheduled window and had not heard from anyone. I called to check on it and it goes to call center operated by people who speak English, but have such a heavy accent I can only understand every other word. There is no record of my appointment. Huge waste of time and mental space.

It’s not in location it says it’s in . Planet fitness occupies spot on web site. Phone number is a foreign remote. Does no good if you need basic parts.
