Sean was great. The only issue I had was that we pre scheduled the repair for 1/13. The part was delivered on 1/11 but your office said we needed to reschedule because the part had not been delivered. I told them it was but they could not send a repair man on 1/13 despite the fact that it was already prescheduled.
