Repair of my refrigerator

It took 28 day to complete the repair because Sear AI bot kept rescheduling the appointment that was an 8am-5pm window. I stayed home all three times. Finally the repair and it still didn't fix it

dryer was not drying and lint all over the inside of the dry

Despite what looked like the dryer should have been ok after the tech was finished-- IT WASN'T -- we ran a load foe about 1 1/2 hours and there was lint all aver the inside of the dryer and the clothes were not drying same as before the tech came -- THERE WAS SOME HEAT INSIDE THE DRYER BUT THE CLOTHES WERE STILL WET AND LOT'S OF LINT--- I need someone to come out AGAIN and see what else could be wrong -- all of this despite the tech basically taking the dryer apart-- he did try hard

Refrigerator-Not Adam

After months of trying to get the freezer working, technician installed parts that had been ordered and we had for a period of time. These parts were replacement parts for the replacement parts that failed. We also had parts and expectations to help adjust the door so that it did not scrape the bottom. These too were ordered by A&E services. This tech says we needed a new door as he complained about all the work to take the door off claiming the problem would not be solved by the parts to fix the hinge with the ordered spacer. He didn't even try and the process to take the door off is actually straight forward. Very disappointed that we still have a door that is continuing to scrape at the trim and ruin the fridge. Most importantly, it took over 4 months of service calls and parts to fix the freezer as each visit required new parts that took 7-10 days to receive then another 7 days for a visit and no effective human contact to expedite. Very frustrated!

Pleasant but problem took second visit

Dajaincer was pleasant and professional. He replaced the dead compressor along with the other necessary components. I do not know if he checked the system before leaving however after 6 hours the refrigerator still had not cooled and I was forced to call Sears service to schedule a follow up. He mentioned that there were several small leaks that he repaired the second time out. The lesson though is those leaks should have been fixed before he left the first time.

Dryer Repair

Upset he was scheduled this call due to scheduling errors in home office. Contacted home based after questioning customer and was able to perform service. Advised of coin in dryer drum - was not addressed. Also left line all over floor in front of dryer.

Unhappy customer

This picture does not look like the person who serviced my oven stove top. Unless it is 30 years old. The man who did come was very hard to understand and was annoyed when I asked him to slow down and repeat. He was impatient and condescending when I asked questions. A very poor experience.

Not a happy camper!

The appointment window for warranty is from 8 to 5. The appointment window for a regular appointment is four hours. I had to take the day off in order to sit here and wait for them to call me at 4 o'clock to cancel. I have rescheduled for this Saturday and had to wait all day again until 4 o'clock when they called to cancel. I was not happy. They finally showed up on Wednesday, came in and told me the part that I need is no longer made for my stackable washer and dryer and that I would hear from Sears in the next 7 to 10 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no one on the website to complain to. And there is no contact information to call. The service by Oscar was just fine.

So I am not sure if the technician was unhappy that he had to come out our way last minute because there was a schedule change, but he was quite rude to myself on the phone and. My husband in person. We will not be using sears services again. After taking a day off from work to have our fridge serviced, I was notified via the online system that they had canceled the appointment. This happened about 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival. The first technician was nice enough. He ordered the part and scheduled a return service for one week later. The part arrived to our home three days later. Sears contacted me the day before the appointment and stated again that they would need to cancel because they did not have a part. I contacted them and told them that I had a part delivered. The online chat service said , "oh yes, that is the correct part and we will be out tomorrow ". Really the whole system is very disorganized.

Lacks empathy to solve issue

This is 2nd visit, first visit asked us to remove the air filter to resolve overheating heater. 2nd visit started by saying we are not responsible for this issue. The system may be complicated but technician should not report back saying problem is resolved and ticket closed! The heater is still not working and faults out intermittently.
