Good Technician
Dallas has serviced our washer 2X in the last month. Each time he has called in the morning and worked with me to fit the appointment in the 8am-5pm time frame some how, so I can still leave my home for 2-3 hours to care for my 95 year old mother. And, obviously, he has repaired the washer to our satisfaction. Sears needs to go back to giving customers a 4 hour window like they used to, not 8 hours. People cannot give up a whole day waiting for a Sears repair. I went thru a lot of phone calls and aggravation with many Sears customer service reps who really couldn't help me. If not for Dallas personally helping me, my washer would not be repaired.

Juan was polite and efficient. He explained the process. Although I was pleased with Juan, I do not like the process. Since he couldn't replace or order the handle at the time, I could have provided the information via email or the phone instead of waiting an day for his arrivalk.

Oscar is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems with my dryer. He thoroughly and clearly explained the issues and how he addressed them, as well as providing maintenance suggestions for other appliances. In addition to being very professional, he was friendly and polite.

Jay was great. He let me watch as he worked. I'm a little surprised by the cost considering that I had already purchased the new ice maker prior to calling Sears Home Services. But Jay did a great job and answered all of my questions.
