Juan was polite and efficient. He explained the process. Although I was pleased with Juan, I do not like the process. Since he couldn't replace or order the handle at the time, I could have provided the information via email or the phone instead of waiting an day for his arrivalk.

He thoroughly and clearly explained the issues and how he addressed them, as well as providing maintenance suggestions for other appliances. In addition to being very professional, he was friendly and polite.

Jay was great. He let me watch as he worked. I'm a little surprised by the cost considering that I had already purchased the new ice maker prior to calling Sears Home Services. But Jay did a great job and answered all of my questions.
