Michael was excellent I was kept informed of when he was going to arrive he arrived on time in fact probably 2 minutes before he performed everything and kept me informed I hope that this review makes it the last review I tried to submit it and I don't know why I submitted it twice it was for Tony the service was repaired the furnace and that was on Thursday the day before this Michael provided the best service I received excellent he was quick he was on time and courteous

Two technicians repaired my Samsung dryer. They were friendly and professional. They came with the part needed so they repaired it immediately and made recommendations for future care. I've used Sears home service before and each time technicians are extremely friendly and professional.
