George was awesome…polite, knowledgeable and efficient! He asked me to describe the problem I was having with my fridge, figured out what the issue was right away (the internal fan), grabbed a part from his truck and fixed it all within roughly 30 mins. Thank you George!😎

After my refrigerator/ freezer not working since August and multiple appointments canceled by Sears, it may be finally fixed. Right now the refrigerator is working but the freezer doesn't seem to be cooling. If it wasn't for Daniel, I would not have the parts that he installed today. He went the extra mile. After several appointments with other techs were canceled by Sears he made sure I got the parts that were needed. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
