Hard wood floor was left with long scratch from moving refrigerator.

Came out to fix a dryer that was not heating correctly. Found a small washer lodged in the drum, and said that was it. Was there no more than 10 minutes. Never looked at the vent, which the main reason I called was that it was not drying clothes correctly. Unfortunately, my inlaws were home, at the time of the repair and they were not well versed with the problems. I went out this weekend and brought a dryer vent hose kit and pulled out the dryer to see that the vent assembly was pulled away from the dryer and not attached. I was very disappointed with the service, and will not call sears again for my dryer.

Technician oiled the rollers that turn the dryer drum but now instead of a scraping noise, it makes a thumping noise.

previous mechanic said the issue was the seal on the door was causing frost to build up in the freezer. Parts ordered and when second mechanic came out it was a blocked tube from the compressor. How was this not identified by the first mechanic???

The Sears Tech gave wrong diagnosis of washing machine. He stated the machine was unrepairable because they couldn't find a lid switch. I did a search on the internet for the part and found one. I had to fly into state to look at the machine; turns out the water pump was blocked with lint and that's why the machine wasn't draining. I give the second star because the guy was nice to talk to on the phone. Friendly service, just wrong diagnosis.

DO NOT USE SEARS REPAIR. We had a refrigeration repair that cost $900. Not only did the repair not fix the issue we were having, we have no way to contact Sears Repair for a refund. We have been scammed nearly $1,000. Never using this service again!!
