The technician was very knowledgeable & friendly . It is always nice for a tech to take their time and explain. Most of the times , they tend not to and assume I would not understand....However, I decided not to fix my washer since the cost is close to buying a new washer. The tech provided me with a coupon to present along with the repair receipt to Sears. I will be purchasing a new one hopefully within this week or 2.

The repairs guys were very knowledgeable and quick. They called me the day before and when they were on the way. My only challenge was the call center who needed 3 calls by me to get my contact information correct. As I found out if they don't reach you the day before to confirm the appt. it gets cancelled!

We were so pleased to have our fridge repaired by Sears, rather than to endure the expense of a new one. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

The service rpairman called ahead to say he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly, helpful and explained what he was doing. He also went over everything he did before he left.

Service was lovely and timely. Would have preferred a slightly tighter time estimate but our stove works and the technician was honest, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to.

My Sears Service Tech, Richard(#642033), was absolutely wonderful! He was polite, professional and a good rep for Sears. On time, knew his job, pleasant, patient and answered all my questions about my two TV's. Thank you Sears! Thank you Richard!
