Advertise on website does not say about coupon needed when you make appointment for the discounted price. So you end up paying the full price. Service is average.

Oscar was an amazing tech! He provided top-notch service, was professional, polite, arrived on-time, and fixed our issue correctly. This was difficult because Sears HQ processes are not easy to navigate. We are very pleased with Oscar and are grateful for all the time he gave to our issue. I would highly recommend Oscar!
