Oscar was an amazing tech! He provided top-notch service, was professional, polite, arrived on-time, and fixed our issue correctly. This was difficult because Sears HQ processes are not easy to navigate. We are very pleased with Oscar and are grateful for all the time he gave to our issue. I would highly recommend Oscar!

Oscar called me to let me know that he would arrive with in 20 minutes. He went straight to work. He was very pleasant to answer my questions and very efficient as he worked. He suggested that my dryer vent should be cleaned and he did it pronto! I was very impressed with the service that he provided. Thank you for sending him to fix my dryer.

My technician went above and beyond. He corrected the things I knew I needed fixed but also addressed the things I didn’t. On time, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely use these guys again
