Terrific service on my dryer by Charles
Charles was polite, knowledgeable, & cleaned up after himself. He explained things well. It was a please to have Charles as our service tech.

Charles did a thorough job in the repair diagnosis process and the parts were no longer available for a repair, so a replacement was recommended with the warranty company agreeing to provide an authorization amount.

Website said repairman had all the parts in the truck. He had to order part by mail, causing one week delay. Repair window was 9 hours, which is unreasonable. Sears. Can do better.

This is the third technician visit. It appears the ice maker that was compatible with this appliance is no longer available which makes the refrigerator unrepairable. Please notify the warranty company so we can get the refrigerator replaced as it is quite old anyway.
