It all comes down to which tech you get but their site is good for updates and they’re professional. We had 3 techs come out and finally Costandino was able to accurately diagnose the issue.

My 1990 Whirlpool fridge was making an odd “shaking” sound when it shut off. The techs told me that the compressor is a bit loose so that’s what I heard. Also, parts may not be available any more for my fridge, so I shouldn’t worry about it until it stops working. They managed to “persuade” it to be quiet for now.
