I bought my riding lawn tractor 4 years ago from SEARS Woodfield, The 3 year Warranty (Parts and Labor) was the smartest move I made in a long time! I am a little "rough" on my tractor but the Tech(s) that have serviced my lawn mower are just outstanding! Enough cannot be said about their professionalism and expertise while never questioning how a blade could be bent, or a deck wheel out of alignment, etc. The recent service provided by the Tech ( John C. ) not only fixed an issue involving a blade, but in changing out one of the blades he took the time to educate me on how the wheels should be up on the deck and not touching the ground; on how to balance my deck perfectly, and how to clean my deck without using the water hose inlet on the deck itself. I'm glad to have renewed by warranty along with the comfortable feeling service is "around the corner" if needed. Dr. Bob
