We purchased our HVAC system with humidifier from Sears about 7 years ago as they gave us a great deal that included 5 years of the diagnostics checkups: ac, heat and humidifier attached to the heating element. We called them out this year for the AC and we were lucky to get the same technician Asif who did a great job of assessing what needed attention and cleaning. He and his partner were respondent in contacting us throughout the day to keep us abreast of the time they’d be arriving. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Through the years we have had nothing but great experiences with Sears maintenance from calling in work orders to all the technicians we have had complete the maintenance checkups!

I worked in sales/service for most of my adult working life and I am also a consumer of lots of services and I can say that the Service Person (Bayron A) that responded to my call/problem was one of the "BEST Customer Service persons" I have ever worked with!!!! I checked ALL the positive boxes in survey because he met or exceeded all my expectations!!!!!!!!!!!! Excellent, excellent product knowledge, problem troubleshooting, and, most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with our washer and couldn’t use it. Found out Sears Home Services offered appliance repairs. I made an appointment for the very next day and couldn’t be happier. Oscar called in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. He came and very quickly found out what was wrong with the washer and fixed it. Oscar explained what caused the leak from the washer and advised to use only HE detergent. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Thanks!

Francisco was an A+++ star technician... he diagnosed the problem remotely and was very efficient with his recommendations and thorough with his next steps. Very professional compared to other appliance technicians that just want to stretch the problem out by ordering parts and scheduling repeat return visits.
