I had an issue with our washer and couldn’t use it. Found out Sears Home Services offered appliance repairs. I made an appointment for the very next day and couldn’t be happier. Oscar called in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. He came and very quickly found out what was wrong with the washer and fixed it. Oscar explained what caused the leak from the washer and advised to use only HE detergent. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Thanks!

Francisco was an A+++ star technician... he diagnosed the problem remotely and was very efficient with his recommendations and thorough with his next steps. Very professional compared to other appliance technicians that just want to stretch the problem out by ordering parts and scheduling repeat return visits.

Also, very knowledgeable and experienced.

Cornell was professional and efficient. He understood the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. I do have a problem not with the repairman but with the Sears policy, There does not seem to be an emergency provision in place to make sure that customers without heat are given an appointment within at least a 24 hour time frame. I would think that people without heat would be a priority over people that just need a furnace cleaned.

Technician was very nice, patient, knowledgable, answered all my questions and fixed problems.
