I been with Sears for decades and the same excellent services I’ve had with the technicians. A special mention to Michael R. who did service of my Gas Dryer today. He was able to fixed it within 15 minutes. He is a nice guy and outstanding and very knowledgeable of his job. A job well done.

Tech was on time, courteous and kept me informed. Job was complete within an hour. He suggested a dryer clean out and tune up. Good suggestive selling and the price point was solid. Overall great experience. Disappointing to learn my Kenmore appliance is really an LG with a Kenmore label. We get what we pay for.
