The service technician was clean, prefessional and very informative.

The service rpairman called ahead to say he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly, helpful and explained what he was doing. He also went over everything he did before he left.

It took several visits, but the technician finally identified the problem with our range and repaired it.

Service was lovely and timely. Would have preferred a slightly tighter time estimate but our stove works and the technician was honest, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to.

My Sears Service Tech, Richard(#642033), was absolutely wonderful! He was polite, professional and a good rep for Sears. On time, knew his job, pleasant, patient and answered all my questions about my two TV's. Thank you Sears! Thank you Richard!

The tech showed up within the specified window and fixed our range very quickly. I was at work and they were able to work with me over the phone which was very helpful. I would recommend their service to my friends and family.
