After my refrigerator/ freezer not working since August and multiple appointments canceled by Sears, it may be finally fixed. Right now the refrigerator is working but the freezer doesn't seem to be cooling. If it wasn't for Daniel, I would not have the parts that he installed today. He went the extra mile. After several appointments with other techs were canceled by Sears he made sure I got the parts that were needed. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Ibrahim was very competent. Our ice maker is working perfectly. We had to wait through five cancellations before he was able to make his appointment. I don't think it was his fault however. I think it was poor scheduling.
