Jim has always done a great job for us. I’m very frustrated with the communication service and follow up through our warranty protection agreement. Pending replacement for our unreparable tv has gone on for 3 months now. Still waiting for check to purchase a new tv. Totally unacceptable! Replacement is still pending😩…..
