I'm not sure I can find enough superlatives to rate my recent visit from Sears Home Services to repair my refrigerator. To start off I was aggravated with Sears for not setting up a repair appointment sooner (I called on a Friday and was given a repair date of Tuesday afternoon the following week) and so I was not anticipating a good visit. But then Jorge arrived and fixed the leak in just a few moments. He was professional and respectful (even asked if he should take off his shoes to protect my carpets) and carefully moved the refrigerator out from the wall and back again so as not to jar the motor or scratch the tile floor. Whoever hired Jorge recognized a real quality employee and I send my thanks to that person. Please appreciate him. I do!
