The dryer stopped heating after one load following a repair of a service call on Tuesday morning, 5/20/25. Service technician, Oscar, arrived on 5/21/25 and replaced the thermostat switch that was originally replaced the previous day. This was completed in less than an hour and he dyer is up and running again. His expertise is a plus for Sears Appliance Repair.

The Service Tech was exceptionally knowledgeable about the appliance and easily returned it to operation. The issue appears to be more on the design side that the operation of the machine, He reported it in as such. We'll need to see if the same condition comes back, then hope for a redesigned part.

My experience with Sears repair has been positive. They seemed to do the work well. The only concern I had was when he left I asked for a receipt for the work done and to have a record that a check up was done on my washing machine and he told me he would send it to me on email and I still have not received my receipt.
