One star is too high. I cannot give any stars because Sears displayed a total lack of communication throughout this experience. The frosting on the cake is asking me to rate the service that was completed on Feb 3 (2016). Hello Sears, there was no service on Feb 3 because there was no part to be found. We learned from other sources that the part (a door switch) is on back order until November. Too many phone calls and too much aggravation.

Very bad service - Sears sent Fred's Installation and Repair instead of Sears - they were awful!!! I am still waiting for more parts - I guess they are coming from China!!!!!! They left a complete mess and scratched my floor in laundry room. Also they kinked my gas line and did not put my dryer vent back on. Just awful service. I would not recommend Sears any longer if this is the type of service people they send out!!! Very disappointed.

Horrible service by technician...technician didn't even try to analyze the problem and just verbally told..he dont see a problem with fridge and left

I've had Sears Yearly Maintenance for 7 years without a problem. This June 2016 was a mess. Instead of vacuuming behind my fridge, they used a blower and I had white powder all over my small townhouse. I was on the phone today for over an hour waiting and talking to 4 different people. They finally scheduled a maintenance person to come out in 3 days to vacuum the tops of my cabinets. I'm 79 years old and do not climb ladders anymore. It took me over 2 hours to clean my black appliances from the soot. Maureen

Very poor connection and poor service. Horrible!!!

The scam of sears,we had a recall and they charged us 300.00.and then they just sent us a letter telling us we owe another 100.00 WTH !!!!!

I will never buy another product from Sears again and will tell everybody I know not to buy from Sears either
