My tech, I believe Miguel, was very courteous. He explained what he was doing & what needed to be done. He left the fridge & area clean. I would use him again & recommend him to others.

The tech was great, the problem was we had to do the next day after our Monday Schedule because of communication problems at your end. Your AI problem solving system leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday's problem could have easily resolved if I could have talked to a person.
