Miguel did a great job, as for AI system you guys need to get rid of it. The service portion of AI has no place in this app. It causes confusion. It doesn’t allow correction creates more problems and cancels appointments without even talking to anyone. Because of AI I had to wait over 2 months for the service done to my Fridge

Technician was very professional andhad very helpful advice for my refrigerator. He suggested calling manufacturer and see if they could cover the repairs under warranty, as the repairs would cost more than buying a new unit.

Service was quick and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed the leaky water line quickly. The service was through my home warranty, so I can't say too much about the cost. Glad there were no extra costs.
