Shane was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our dishwasher and why it quit working. The failed part is not longer available to the age of the dishwasher. He was very helpful in giving us tips in was to look for in shopping for a new one. Thank you Shane, you are the best!!

Repaired my central air unit. Technician was very professional & explained what was getting repaired & cost involved. The technician was awesome The issue I have is not with the technician. It’s the scheduling an appointment, all automated & no one to talk to for issues the bot can’t handle.

I would give 5 stars if there wasn’t a problem in the initial repair of my washing machine. Sears Home Services made it right by sending Repairman Dino the next day to fix the problem. I appreciate the professionalism of both repairmen. I hope if I need another repair that Sears Home Services will send Dino or someone as knowledgeable as he is. I think the company like most these days have time limits on repair jobs and the repairman is overloaded with repair appointments and some need additional training.
