This is the second time I got Tony in two years. He professional, while being personable, has a great ability to dumb down the issue so anyone can understand, same day diagnosis and fix. He's fantastic.

My repair guy's was awesome, he had the old fan out and the new one in in about 10 minutes put it back together and left but before he could pull away my son heard the refrigerator making the same noise and luckily he was still parked so I flagged him and told him that it was still making the noise so took it apart to find out that it might not have been the fan that he replaced cause there was ice on it and it hadn't been in for more than 10 minutes so has to reopen the case and get another part which should fix it fingers crossed. Thank goodness for warranty no cost to me
