the technician was good but the process to repair the refrigerator would have taken too long … despite the technician arriving monday, it was after an appointment for friday was cancelled by sears. once the problem was identified, the solution would have required a new appointment and a lengthy wait … he couldn’t repair anything. All he could do was tell me what was wrong … I will never buy a sears or LG product again

Miguel’s service was great, yet he was not able to fix the issue due to manufacturing defect. The refrigerator is defective due to errors during the manufacturing process and it’s not functioning as intended.
