Great communication with setting up service time and service call. Parts shipped directly to our house helped save time . Our tech was friendly and personable and explained all matters of our breakdown and repair. Great service.

The technician was great, kind, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. The services prior were concerning. The appointment was rescheduled 2 times, the service to confirm the appointment was not working and the chat feature was not helpful/working. For those reasons I would like to give 1 star but the tech notion does not deserve that.

Our Repair tech, Shane, showed up on time for our repair appointment. Shane was very professional and polite. Shane explained what was wrong with the dishwasher and what he did to fix it. Shane also shared helpful information about my dishwasher. I really appreciatted the fast and professional repair service that was provided!
