Technician was great but waiting for the parts was really a bummer when it took like 2 months now dealing with a refrigerator and can't get parts seems like a corporate problem

Jorge did a good job. Went right to work and didn't pause until the job was completed. We put in a request for service on our refrigerator almost two months ago. Two parts came withen a few days. The last part.took over 5 WEEKS. Jorge told us that this was a common part that most techs carry with them in their vehicles, and it shouldn't have taken so long. He appologized for the lengthy delay.
