Terrible. The guy said it was the first time seeing the oven I have even though when I scheduled I put the brand of my oven. He then asked what these pipes are, I responded gas lines… then to top it off he attempted to touch 2 live 220 wires together. I told him he is not doing that and explained he can use a meter. I’m still trying to find a phone number for a live person at Sears.

I am VERY unhappy with your service. My parents have been without a working refrigerator for 2 weeks. It was supposed to be repaired today and the appointment was cancelled via text with NO explanation and rescheduled to 12/10. This service is unacceptable and when we try to reach a human it is impossible. Sears can you please provide a number we can call to talk to a human???

Repair guy was in such a hurry to get the fan motor fixed and leave before he gave my air-conditioning time to run said it was good and left later that day the condenser keeps freezing up now they won't answer my text telling them my air-conditioning still doesn't work right

Waited two weeks for our appointment. Took the day off of work for an appointment windown of 8am to 5pm. Only to get an A.I. text saying my appointment was canceled and could be rescheduled for yet another week. Terrible service and unable to talk to a human.

Had appointment for service call for today between 8 and 12. No one showed up and no one called. I tried to call to find out what was going on. I tried 3 times and never got to speak with a customer service person , just went round and round on the automated call merry-go-round. I came to the address of service due to occupant’s disability, so it has been a day wasted. My time is no less important than the service repair company. I won’t be calling again.

It started off with my appointment canceled because I wasn't home, not true as the tech never came. They got him to come back at the end of his day where he replaced the AC capacitor, never came in the house to check anything, and left. The AC ran all night and still the same temperature in the house. By the way, they have made it pretty much impossible to talk to a person. In addition I waited a week to get a tech here and the next available appointment is in almost 2 weeks.

Been waiting on company to repair my oven for 3 weeks now. They keep changing the delivery date without my knowledge. I paid up front over $600 and still haven’t received the parts. When i contact the number i cant talk to a live person. This is just terrible customer service
