They won’t show up. Says to track your technician and when you click on it says he has arrived but no ones is there.

My partner missed work for our scheduled appointment. They didn't show up, and I got a phone call that they were not able to come after he waited for two hours. They rescheduled the appointment for a random day of their choosing four days later. When I tried to call back because that day would not work, I could only use the automated system. There was no ability to talk to a person to change the appointments. I got frustrated and just cancelled the appointment altogether.

First interaction was great. Then outright scammed. Scheduled appointments. No Show! Rescheduled for days later. No Show no call. Paid over 1,000 dollars in advance and no service provided.

Ron said he needed the model number for this refrigerator, it was on a paper sticker inside the frig and was not readable i told him i could run home and get the book on it and i lived 5 min away, he said fine he would wait, i came back and he was gone, i called his cell left a message and never heard from him again. he did not pull out the refrigerator and do anything!! just looked at the frig and said it was old and probably could not get parts for it. i bought the frig in 2015 brand new, a kenmore with top freezer and icemaker. Terrible technician, very lazy i have told my home warranty company not to use him ever again.
