A++ Service. Always. I had Miguel come out to find the problem, which took a couple of minutes and I had Dino come out today to fix, replace parts and finish the job. 5 stars all the way. I only call Sears to help me whenever an appliance needs repairs. They are trust worthy and 100% compenet to do the job right.

He was very thorough inspected the refrigerator could not find why the icemaker had stopped and then started working again. Said it could be possibly because the door on the freezer was not closed all the way very nice young man and very thorough. Great job.

The tech was very kind and knowledgeable! I appreciate him very much for fixing something that the person who was putting the dry together at the factory literally didn't do! it went out to be sold with the cord to be put in the outlet not attached to the inside of the dryer. Thank you so much for him doing his job! Great worker!!
