Michael came out to fix my dryer today and was professional, and quick already had the parts and took him less then 30 minutes to diagnosis the problem and repair the dryer. From now on I'll be calling sears very happy with the service I received. Thank you again Michael!

It took three rescheduled appointments from Sears, 10 days after parts were received to get the right professional. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. I. Hopeful that my compressor has been repaired. I will know forsure tomorrow.

A++ Service. Always. I had Miguel come out to find the problem, which took a couple of minutes and I had Dino come out today to fix, replace parts and finish the job. 5 stars all the way. I only call Sears to help me whenever an appliance needs repairs. They are trust worthy and 100% compenet to do the job right.
