5 stars for the technician. Eli did a great job and double checked everything to ensure the leak on our dishwasher was fixed. As for the rescheduling and not being able to talk to a real person was very frustrating. Schedule from the time the issue was diagnosed, part arrived and repaired was changed multiple times. This was rescheduled over 8 plus times. Trying to schedule someone to be there with an 8-5 time window only to have it change.

Our furnace was making a scraping/grinding noise and then quit and would not startup. I called my home warranty company and they lined up Sears to come out. Anthony came out on Saturday and immediately found the problem but could not get parts on the weekend. He ordered the part needed. Sears informed us almost immediately that Anthony would be back out on Monday to repair our furnace. Anthony came out Monday morning and installed the new motor and verified that the furnace operated correctly. Thank you Sears and Anthony for the speedy repair.

Anthony was great! polite and put booties on so to not track anything into our house. He stayed in touch with me during the process. I would definitely request him again.
