He showed a lot of attention to detail. He explained everything he was going to do it as he was doing it. He does very well in his communication aspects. Which not a lot of the Tradesmen do. It was very nice!

Michael came out to fix my dryer today and was professional, and quick already had the parts and took him less then 30 minutes to diagnosis the problem and repair the dryer. From now on I'll be calling sears very happy with the service I received. Thank you again Michael!

It took three rescheduled appointments from Sears, 10 days after parts were received to get the right professional. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. I. Hopeful that my compressor has been repaired. I will know forsure tomorrow.
