Within a few minutes, he determined what the problem is and let me know that my appliance needed to be replaced because the manufacturer doesn't make the part anymore.

Miguel is a good and caring technician. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to complete the repair as he wanted to because the needed part is no longer available. It would also be nice if we would get a time frame narrower than nine hours, or at least a text or call when he has completed his previous assignment.

The system wouldn't let me make two seperate reviews, so I took an average of the 2. The 1st review would be -1 star! Because their entire system is "virtual" you can't easily get in touch with a real person. It was horrible.. The technician blew off the return appointment, the rescheduling was inaccurate and glitchy, and there was no one to talk to for help. I was at the mercy of their AI bot and their website to get help with my furnace in IL that was not working in January! HOWEVER.... Once I begrudgingly rescheduled, their AI system SLOWLY started working in my favor. It found me an earlier appointment than the "third" one I had rescheduled. It also let me request a call from the technician on the day of service "that was a game changer!" The "third" scheduled appointment was FLAWLESS! If it had not been for the first 2 appointments being so bad, This would be a 4-5 star review. The ONLY drawback that stayed the same was: Their service windows are extremely long. "8 am til 5 pm" being in touch with the technician obviously counters that setback, but you have to research their portal to find that option. Even if they could have a real person follow up with human interaction it could help. MY SUGGESTION... Allow and encourage the techs to reach out to their clients either the day before, or early in the morning on the day of their scheduled appointment, it can shed some light on the situation for the clients. Other than that... It was a rough and bumpy road, but I AM a satisfied customer. Thank you Sears!

Called the number on website. Was a robot Ai caller thing but was able to set up my appointment for today 03/09/26. Checked online to make sure all info was correct and it was. Picked their arrival time for 1pm-5pm. Got a text at 11 that they were on their way. They never showed up and the time on the website said they’d be there around 12:30-1:30. The website never updated and it’s now 3pm. No updates or anything. I’m pretty sure the time to get to my house doesn’t take over 4 hours when you’re about a mile away…wouldn’t be as upset if I didn’t get the text notifying me someone was on their way. If they weren’t you shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up. Looked on google and everyone says this service is awful and they’re known for no shows. Will never use this service again and I’m posting this so hopefully it’ll save yalls time
