Miguel is a good and caring technician. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to complete the repair as he wanted to because the needed part is no longer available. It would also be nice if we would get a time frame narrower than nine hours, or at least a text or call when he has completed his previous assignment.

8 appointments in the last 2 months they don't show up ! Service techs close the appointments and continue to get paid for not doing the work . Buyers search for other options then using sears for repairs

He did not even come into my house to look at my dryer. He made a report off past visits and reported that he came in and looked and it had the same problem. Which was not properly fixed the last time.

technician never showed after the scheduled time changed 3 times this was supposed to be the 2nd visit Anthony lied and said on the report that I declined service I never spoke to him because he never called or never showed up! Furious 😡 it’s so sad that people can’t be honest and do a job

We have a home warranty through cinch. Cinch used sears to repair our air conditioner. We needed so.e free on and the tech charged us $150 for it. I called cinch. They said sears should have never charged us the 150 because cinch covers it. And now im trying to talk to so.e one from customer service and they tell me I can only do it online. NO I want to talk to a REAL person. Not a computer! Your tech scared us and u want my money back.

Very unprofessional company. Kept delaying service time. Technician had an attitude when question on wide service was continue to be delayed. Not sure what they wrote in the Claim to my home warranty, but my request was denied. Tried contacting the company after the request was denied and they sent me straight to voicemail. Would not recommend.

Tech has not shown up for the last appointments.. I cleaned my cat poop up monthago I resolved the issue and Tech still has not shown up. I have NO HEAT AND A DISABILITY WIRH A MINOR CHILD also with a disability.. we need heat
